A written OJEU Threshold Tender may only be considered if:-

 

(a)   it has been received electronically through the E‑Sourcing System,

A written Above Threshold Tender may only be considered if:-

 

(b)       it has been received electronically through the E‑Sourcing System, or (where permitted in exceptional circumstances, and subject to agreement by the HoP) it has been received electronically through an appropriate alternative method, such as a secure email inbox; or
